Civ Style anarchy nation building server in the vein of CivEx, CivClassic, CivRealms. Namelayer allows for groups, private chat and shared chests. Citadel allows you to reinforce blocks to make them much harder to break, ExilePearl allows players to banish players to The End or just from their lands. A world where the players rule.
